The European champions are still suffering for a new contract with David Alaba, but his teammate is ready to discuss the new contract.
Leon Goretzka is left to sit with Bayern Munich for a contract extension and he is ready to do so with the club.
The German midfielder has been a regular for the club since joining Bayern from Schalke in 2018 and still has around 18 months until the end of his current contract.
“So far there is no discussion I have had with the club,” he told reporters before the pre-match press conference in the Champions League against Salzburg on Wednesday.
“I have a contract for another year and a half so I do not have much pressure. “But if Brazzo (sporting director Hasan Salihamidzic) or Hansi (Flick) offer me something new next week, I would not refuse to talk about it.”
