Cristiano Ronaldo is considering returning to Manchester United, as the Premier League club has begun talks to buy him back.

The Portugal international is spending his third season at Juventus, which he joined from Real Madrid in the summer of 2018.

Over the last week it has been reported in Italy that Juventus are looking to sell Ronaldo at the end of this season, while there are rumors that they have offered him to Paris Saint-Germain in exchange for Neymar.

But, according to ESPN and Fox Sport in Argentina, United have already begun talks to bring Ronaldo back to the club at the end of this season.

Ronaldo will appreciate United’s offer, while Juventus is open to let him leave without any obstacles.

Ronaldo spent six years at Old Trafford after joining United from Sporting Lisbon at the age of 18 in 2003.

Under the leadership of legendary coach Sir Alex Ferguson, Ronaldo went on to become one of the greatest footballers in the world and helped United win three Premier League titles, one in the Champions League and one in the FA Cup.

In 2008, Ronaldo became the first United player to win the Ballon d’Or since George Best in 1968.

In 2009 he joined Real Madrid and sealed his dominance in the football world alongside Lionel Messi.
