De Bruyne wants to continue writing history with Manchester City.
Kevin De Bruyne has stated that negotiations to renew his contract with Manchester City have begun.
He is wanted by many clubs, including Real Madrid and his dream club, Liverpool – but the Belgian still wants to wear the Man City shirt.
He told VTM: “It is possible (conducting the negotiations themselves) seeing that I want to stay at Manchester City.”
“If I wanted to leave and the club would not agree, I would need someone to negotiate. We are talking, but we have not made much progress. However, there will be no difficulties from either side.”
De Bruyne, has a contract with City until 2023.
Since 2015, when he transferred to the Etihad, he has made 232 appearances, scored 58 goals and donated many assists.
