Now everything is official.
Mario Balotelli resumes from Serie B. The former Inter and Milan striker has signed for Monza after being convinced by the offer made by the former red and blacks manager Adriano Galliani, with whom he has collaborated at Milan.
“Welcome Mario.” reads Monza’s Twitter post. The 30-year-old has been on leave since July, when he ended his adventure with the Brescia team.
Balotelli has signed a year with the club claiming promotion to Serie A.
If the goal is achieved, the famous striker has the option to continue until the summer of 2022 with Monza.
In addition to Balotelli Monza has another big name in the squad, also former Milan player Kevin Prince Boateng.
Even in this new adventure, the already 30-year-old Balotelli will wear the number 45 jersey, as he has done throughout his career.
