Inter beat Monchengladbach 2-3 at Borussia-Park to keep their hopes of qualifying for the Champions League alive. Darmian and Lukaku scored for Inter and Plea scored for Monchengladbach.

Inter has kept alive the dream of qualifying for the Champions League after beating Borussia Monchengladbach 2-3.

It was a good match and open by both teams until in Group B it is still not defined which of the teams will go further, especially after the victory of Shakhtar Donetsk against Real Madrid tonight.

The first half started very well for Inter where Mateo Darmian would score a beautiful goal in the 17th minute with the assistance of Gagliardini.

Monchengladbach continued the attacks and several times put Inter goalkeeper Handanovic in trouble. But, the goal came in the first extra minute of the first half and it was scored by Plea with the assistance of Lazaro.

The second half started much better for Inter who started to attack.

The match would be dramatized when Romelo Lukaku scored in the 64th minute after receiving a good ball from Brozovic.

Romelo Lukaku would score a goal in the 73rd minute after a counterattack by Inter and where Hakimi followed him.

Even more drama would be seen in this match in the 76th minute when Borussia Monchengladbach would narrow the lead.

Plea was again the goal scorer. With this victory, Inter keeps alive the hopes for qualification where in the last match they have to defeat Shakhtar Donetsk to advance to the Champions League.
