Milan will not risk Zlatan Ibrahimovic against Genoa tonight, but the Swede should be ready against Sassuolo this weekend.
The Swedish striker will miss his fourth match in Serie A and seventh in all competitions due to the muscle problem he suffered in the match against Napoli.
“La Gazzetta dello Sport” reports that Ibrahimovic was told to continue working separately for a few more days after a medical consultation yesterday.
But the Italian newspaper reveals that his return has been postponed until the weekend, when Milan travels to Reggio Emilia to face Sassuolo at the Mapei Stadium.
Ibrahimovic has scored 10 goals in six Serie A games so far this season and Milan tops the Serie A table with 27 points accumulated.
