Italian team, AC Milan has reached an agreement with Chelsea for the footballer, Fikayo Tomori.
This was confirmed by the well-known Italian journalist, Fabrizio Romano through a post on his Twitter profile.
The final details of the deal are being worked out, while Tomori will travel to Milan within this week.
He will go to Milan on loan and with the option of buying for about 30 million euros.
