Milan is the leader of the table in Serie A and the most strong team in Europe with a better average than Bayern Munich and Tottenham who lead their leagues.
The Rossoneri won 2-0 at the “San Siro” against Fiorentina on Sunday and are with a five-point advantage over teams like Inter and Sassuolo in second place.
Stefano Pioli’s team has 23 points after nine games, no one in Europe has a better record so far.
The average of the points of the Milan team is 2.5 while Bayern has an average of 2.4 and Tottenham 2.1.
Together with Atletico Madrid and Juventus they are the only unbeaten teams in the top five leagues in Europe.
The Red and Blacks scored 21 goals in the first nine games of the season in Serie A.
Milan had the best results only in the 2002/03 season when they scored 23 goals.
They conceded just eight goals in nine Serie A games, two more than in the 2008/09 season when they conceded seven.
“I see another small part in the big puzzle we started some time ago.” said Milan assistant coach Daniele Bonera, who is replacing coach Pioli, who has been tested positive.
