The Spanish champions are trying to find a replacement for Cristiano Ronaldo, while the former president of Real has the replacement in mind.

Former Real Madrid president Ramon Calderon has asked his former club to buy Paris Saint-Germain superstar Kylian Mbappe in the summer of 2021.

Mbappe will enter the final year of his contract at the end of this season and may be available at a relatively affordable price if PSG are willing to sell him and if he does not sign a new deal with French club.

The 21-year-old has been on Madrid’s radar since joining Monaco at the age of 16 and he continues to be linked with the Madrid club as they aim to replace him with a top-level player since the departure of Cristiano Ronaldo at Juventus in 2018, have not yet managed to find one.

“Undoubtedly, Mbappe is the most desired player of all and it would be great news for our team,” said Calderon.

“He is a player who, being very young, has already managed to attract the attention of all the fans and apparently his best moment is yet to come.”

“What big clubs always need is to have the best players in their premiums, regardless of their age,” he said.

The signing with Eden Hazard has failed to regain his form he had at Chelsea while Zinedine Zidane’s team has not been able to make up for Ronaldo’s goal loss in the two years since his sale.
