Cristiano Ronaldo says that he is missing the fans in the stadiums, but that the show must definitely continue.
The Portuguese striker scored two goals in Juventus’ 3-0 win over Barcelona at the Camp Nou on Tuesday, which secured the Whites first place in Group G.
Ronaldo had never scored a goal before against Barcelona in Europe’s elite competition.
The former Real Madrid star posted a photo of himself from the empty Camp Nou stadium, saying he is missing the fans, but the game has to continue anyway.
“We all miss the fans in the stadiums and I hope that things will change very soon… but until then, the show should definitely continue.” CR7 wrote.
