French newspaper L’Equipe writes that Milan has rejected a 15 million euro offer for Mohamed Simakan of RC Strasbourg.

According to the report, the offer was made on December 23 and amounted to 15 million euros plus bonuses and additions.

His price is believed to be close to 20 million euros and the red and blacks face competition from Chelsea and OGC Nice, who are also in the race.

Milan remains the favorite and Simakan is reportedly interested in moving more to the San Siro.

He is only 20 years old and can play in the center of defense but also in the right wing of the defense.

So far this season, Simakan has scored one goal and made one assist in 17 Ligue 1 appearances.
